Shamanic Sound Bath Circle - The Zen Hen Healer & Medium

Step away from the everyday and join Lolly Wasp -The Zen Hen Healer & Medium, for a guided meditation and sensory shamanic sound bath, offering space to slow down, reflect and reconnect with yourself.

Seated comfortably in a circle, you’ll be guided through mindful breathing, grounding and centring practices before moving into a sound journey with buffalo drum, chimes, tuning forks, gong, crystal singing bowls, wave sounds and rattles.

Drawing on her spiritual practice, Lolly incorporates aura cleansing, selenite crystal work and chakra-focused meditation, with themes of Mother Earth, spiritual connection and inner wisdom.

About Lolly

Lolly describes herself as an experienced medium and natural mystic. She is a qualified Reiki Master, crystal healing practitioner and certified meditation guide, with training in sonic vibration therapy. She is fully insured.

Her own experiences of chronic illness, mental health challenges, Complex PTSD and ADHD inform her approach to holding space for others.

Seating and booking information

This is a chair-seated event throughout; chairs are provided by the venue. The circle will be arranged to allow Lolly to move around participants.

The organiser advises that the sound and vibration elements may not be suitable for everyone. Please contact Lolly Wasp before booking if you are pregnant, particularly in the first trimester; have a heart condition, pacemaker or implanted electronic device; epilepsy or sound-triggered seizures; unmanaged PTSD, severe anxiety or schizophrenia; recent major surgery; severe osteoporosis; tinnitus; or Ménière’s disease.

The organiser asks anyone affected by these conditions to obtain medical clearance before participating. This event is a complementary wellbeing experience and does not replace medical or mental health care.

ACCESSIBILITY NOTE:
This talk will take place in the Derby Occultist Society chamber, located on the third floor. Due to the historic, Grade II listed nature of the building, there is currently no lift access and the room is accessible by stairs only.

If you have mobility or accessibility requirements, please contact us before booking so we can discuss how we may be able to accommodate you. We will unfortunately not be able to change location with all workshops.
